TERMS OF USE
A clear agreement for using Grezli.
These terms explain the rules for participating in the private Grezli founder preview.
Last updated: August 26, 2026
1. Preview access
Grezli is an early, invitation-only product. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement. Preview access may be changed, suspended, or ended at any time.
2. Grezli is not legal advice
Grezli is an information and community product. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal representation, and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Case timelines, queue positions, processing estimates, community posts, and automated status observations are informational only. They are not legal advice, official determinations, or guarantees of an outcome or completion date.
Consult a qualified immigration attorney or the appropriate government agency about your individual situation and deadlines.
3. Accounts and case information
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Only add a case that you are authorized to track. Do not use Grezli to access, monitor, or disclose another person’s private information without permission.
4. Community participation
Community posts and replies appear under your public Grezli name and may include the visa category you choose to show. Do not post real names, receipt or case numbers, contact details, employer-confidential information, legal documents, or other sensitive information about yourself or anyone else.
You may not harass others, impersonate a person, post unlawful or misleading material, send spam, scrape the community, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security controls, or use community reports as professional advice. We may remove content or restrict accounts to protect users and the service.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Grezli a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, format, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the right to submit it.
6. Government and third-party data
Grezli is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Labor, FLAG, USCIS, Google, Supabase, Resend, OpenAI, or Cloudflare. Government and third-party systems can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or changed without notice. Grezli may pause a check when a provider requires verification or prevents automated access.
7. Preview availability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” during the founder preview. Features and stored data may change. To the extent permitted by law, Grezli disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on estimates, community content, missed deadlines, provider outages, or loss of preview access.
8. Ending use
You may stop using Grezli at any time. During the founder preview, account and data deletion requests are handled manually. Grezli may suspend access for misuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup integrity.
9. Changes and unresolved legal details
We may update these Terms as the product develops and will revise the “Last updated” date. Before public launch, Grezli will add final operator identity, contact information, governing law, dispute terms, and any jurisdiction-specific provisions after legal review.
10. Contact during the preview
For questions, concerns, or deletion requests, contact the founder who invited you to the private preview. A dedicated legal and privacy contact will be published before wider access.
